Ok ladies I know you want recipes. I want to give you recipes.
I thought I'd share this one first! One of my favorites!

Let's talk scones. I love scones. I mean it. Anything scone I am game for. Whether it be strawberry, blueberry, lemon scones I dig  EM'! I think they're the greatest sidekick with a nice hot cup of coffee.

My husband, doesn't care for scones. Thinks they're  bland or something...I don't know what he thinks; I tuned him out the minute he told me he didn't like them. ;)

Well one day while he was at work I said to myself, I'm going to make some chocolate chip scones. He's not here to stop me! Once he came home, he said immediately! " it smells so good in here!" (Uh a man after my own heart! Best compliment next to " you look gorgeous") 

I said they're chocolate chip scones! His smile left his face fast. I said, hush & try one! Yep said it just like that too.
He loved them! Thought they were delicious & kept coming back for more!

The whole point of this story is to tell you these things are dang delicious & I needed to share with you asap. So you can enjoy them too!

What You'll Need:

- 2 cups of bisquick
- 1/2 a cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/3 a cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 egg 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

* additional sugar
* additional heavy whipping cream 

    Step 1: heat oven to 425 F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray or grease with shortening. Stir bisquick, chocolate chips, 1/3 a cup of whipping cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, the egg, and vanilla In a medium bowl until soft dough forms.

  Step 2: place ball of dough on cookie sheet & pat down into a an 8 inch circle. (If the dough is too sticky dip your fingers in bisquick mix). Once you've formed your circle brush it with some whipping cream & sprinkle with additional sugar. Cut into 8 wedges **do not separate**

  Step 3: bake for about twelve minutes or until golden brown. Which is like the hardest part! So what I do while my stuff is in the oven is I try & beat the timer by cleaning up my mess. I run around the kitchen putting up all my ingredients & cleaning my dishes! I know it sounds silly, but it works.

Step 4:Once done, separate wedges, serve warm, enjoy them with coffee while you observe your clean kitchen!
