Detox water

Happy Wednesday Ya'll!
I hope your week is fabulous so far!
Like I've mentioned I've been real bound & determined in losing these love pounds.
With doing so I've been changing a lot of my eating habits, water intake being one of them.
I've cut out all carbonated & caffeinated beverages (minus coffee) and really just drink water, or crystal light.
I've recently read about all the benefits of ' detox water'. I first heard about it through my brother, who found out about it through his friend at work, so on and so forth.
After seeing various fun pictures of the stuff on Pinterest I thought I would give it a shot. Not only is it pretty to look at, but has many great health benefits as well. I won't bore you with them, but it's good for you ok.
Now I typically just cut up my fruit & put it in my water bottle, stick it in the fridge for a couple of hours & then start drinking on it all day! but for the sake of my blog, I wanted to make it look more aesthetically pleasing! It's really yummy stuff!
 

What you'll need: Various assortment of fruits! I used
- Strawberries
-Blueberries
-Lemon
-Lime
You'll also need a water bottle, or whatever you prefer to drink your liquids from!
Next, you'll simply cut up the fruit like so!
Then I placed them in my jar, went to the kitchen & filled the glass up with water, and stuck it in the fridge for a couple of hours! See..easy peasy!
I have tried re-using my fruit for multiple refills, but honestly it starts becoming less flavorful & slightly bitter? So I would just make this & drink it the same day!
